Service is the key for me, there are Hosts and then there are Hosts, what is the most important thing is how that host will assist you when you need it most! The Dollars spent are unimportant when you are faced with a site down situation, and here is where Fernis and Booyah really impressed me! Having spent 3 days waiting for ANY kind of response from my then host to my major Business site being down due to a Cracker, I was rescued by Booyah, and they went out of their way to ensure that my site was back up as quickly as possible, and far more securely that previously.

While my transfer took longer then I expected (It was the host I was moving from that was the choke point) Fernis went Way beyond normal customer service and took time to explain or troubleshoot any issues very quickly. We talked in IM and on the telephone and it was quickly evident that Customer service and satisfaction were his main priority. I have had many hosts over the years but this is the first one that makes customer first and is willing to work with all issues. I also like the fact he runs an IPB Board for support and will share some of the same issues I might encounter with IPB.
