It is very rare that we will have massive service disruption; however in this industry it is not impossible. We will announce all server maintenance that needs to be performed at least a few days prior to work. Our uptime guarantee does not include downtime that is out of Booyah!'s control, including but not limited to: upstream network outages, internet backbone congestion, and facility power failures. Also, your account must be in good standings with our billing department and not in violation of our Terms of Service and/or Acceptable Use Policy.
